PLC Program

On April 5, 2022 (Tuesday), the closing ceremony of the 1st batch of 30-hour short training course on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) was taken place at the Engineering Annex Building organised by the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Varendra University and Career Center jointly.

Honourable Vice-Chancellor of Varendra University, Prof. Dr M. Osman GaniTalukder was invited as chief guest in this program. Proctor Prof Dr Md. Habibullah was invited as a special guest. The event was presided by Professor Dr Muhammad Abdul Goffar Khan, Coordinator, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Other teachers of the department, trainees and students were also present in the program.

It was started at 10 am with the permission of the President. Then all the honoured guests took their seats. At the beginning of the program, Rezwana Sultana, Assistant Professor, Department of EEE, gave her welcome speech. Then, Partho Kumar Nonda, Organizing Chair of the PLC Committee gave a short speech where he spoke about the relentless work of all the members of the committee. At the same time, he thanked all the teachers for their collaboration.

After that Prof. Dr Md. Habibullah gave his Motivational speech. He congratulated the EEE department for organizing such an event like this.

After that Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr M. Osman GaniTalukder gave his directional speech. In his valuable speech, he explained that success is proportional to effort. After the speech of VC sir, the honourable coordinator of the EEE department and the president of the program, Prof. Dr Muhammad Abdul Goffar Khan delivered his valuable speech. He emphasized the importance of this training program and commended the tireless efforts of the organizing committee. Certificates were then handed over to all of the trainees. At the end of the program, the chief guest, the special guest and the president participated in the photo session with all the trainees.

Finally, the program was finished at 12 pm.
