A program of Alumni of EEE department titled “Meet and Greet with The Alumni” was held on 15th May, 2022 at the premises of the department of EEE, Varendra University. The Alumni of different batches and all faculty members of the department have presented to this occasion. The program is hosted by Shamima Yasmin Sejuti, Lecturer (Pro.), Dept. of EEE. This occasion was started by the introductory and welcome talk given by Dr. Mallika Mitra, Assistant Professor, Dept. of EEE. All alumni have introduced themselves by discussing their current works, dreams and also expressed their nostalgic feelings with each other and teachers as well. Then, Md. Ariffuzzaman, Lecturer, dept. of EEE, has given some talk about the constitution of the Alumni Association, what are the importance of this association, how an alumni association creates a bridge between current and ex-students, and how this association can take a stand in job market as well as technical and competitive field training. Finally, Tamim Hossain, Lecturer of the same department, explained how to build members of this association and how they have to contribute to the welfare of this organization. After finishing the program, the alumni and teachers visited the permanent campus of Varendra University at Kharkhari, Paba, Rajshahi.
