The following candidates have been qualified for admission in the Department of Pharmacy. They are hereby directed to contact the Program Office of the department as per the schedule given below: • Admission Date: January 14, 2024 • Date of Commencement of classes: 21 January 2024 At the time of admission the candidate must submit the following documents: i. Admit card of the admission test. ii. Original mark sheets of SSC & HSC iii. Two Photocopy of mark sheets and Certificate of SSC & HSC iv. One copy passport size photograph v.
