A development of an Inner Tube Inspection and Cleaning Robot System

Abstract
In this paper, we developed an automatic
inspection and cleaning robot which can overcome
the disadvantages of the manual method using the
existing manpower for the inspection, measurement
and cleaning by maintaining metal the metal pipe.
To acquire the defect image information in the pipe,
a defect image sensor, an abrasion measuring sensor
module, a position acquisition sensor module and an
attachment type cleaning module were developed.
