Bangladesh's nuclear law has gone through a significant change and development in the last decade. This article focuses on the current phase of nuclear law in Bangladesh. It basically focuses on four aspects of Bangladeshi nuclear law- the sources of nuclear law in the national legal hierarchy, institutional framework, nuclear liability and the basic legislations ensuring safety, security and safeguard in Bangladesh
