Consumer Mind in Landmark Seminar
The Department of Business Administration successfully hosted a high-impact seminar titled "Decoding the Consumer Mind" on April 26, 2026, at the Senate Hall. The event brought together academic rigor and industry expertise to explore the psychological drivers behind modern consumer behavior.

The seminar was officially inaugurated by Associate Professor Rejaul Karim, who emphasized the importance of bridging the gap between classroom theory and real-world market dynamics.

Industry Insights from the Frontlines
The event featured a lineup of distinguished keynote speakers from multinational and local giants, providing students and faculty with a multi-dimensional view of the industry: Md. Abu Shanzid (Cluster Head, North Cluster, Unilever Bangladesh) discussed the logistical and psychological complexities of managing large-scale consumer clusters.
Md. Shibly Islam (Area Manager, Rajshahi, Unilever Bangladesh) shared localized strategies for consumer engagement within the Rajshahi region.

MD. Shakibul Shaheen (Head of Brand, Akij Plastics LTD.) offered deep dives into brand building and maintaining consumer loyalty in the competitive plastics and manufacturing sector.

Bridging the Gap
The two-hour session (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM) concluded with an interactive Q&A session, where students engaged directly with the experts. The Department noted an overwhelming response during the registration phase, reflecting a keen interest among students to learn from the "best in the business."

The Department of Business Administration remains committed to organizing such corporate-academic collaborations to prepare the next generation of marketing leaders and brand strategists.
