Chief Guest: Professor Dr. Ananda Kumar Saha, Vice Chancellor (In charge), Pro Vice Chancellor, Varendra University. Program chair: Dr. Mst. Hajera Khatun, Head (acting), Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacy, Varendra University.
