On December 5, the 17th batch's Course Ending Day and Prize Giving Ceremony was held, organized by the Pharma Bee Club of the Department of Pharmacy. The Chief Guest at the event was Professor Dr. Ananda Kumar Saha, Vice Chancellor (In-Charge) of Varendra University. The Special Guests included Professor Dr. Md. Faizer Rahman, the Treasurer of the University and Suranjit Mondal, the Registrar of the University. The event was chaired by Dr. Mst.  Hajera Khatun, the Acting Head of the Pharmacy Department. The event was also attended by the faculty members and students of the Department of Pharmacy.

The ceremony commenced with a speech by Associate Professor Nurunnahar of the Department of Pharmacy, who is also the Moderator of the Pharma Bee Club. In her speech, she wished the graduating batch all the best for their future endeavors.

Subsequently, Professor Dr. Md. Faizer Rahman and Professor Dr. Ananda Kumar Saha delivered their valuable speeches to the graduating students, sharing their insights and advice.

The Acting Head of the Pharmacy Department, Dr. Mst.  Hajera Khatun, also addressed the graduating students with a speech.

Following this, the graduating 17th batch students were presented with souvenirs. Additionally, certificates and crests were awarded to students and faculty members  in recognition of their contributions in academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities within the Department of Pharmacy.

In the afternoon, at 2:00 PM, the event continued with a cultural program, further enhancing the charm of the ceremony.

The overall supervision of the event was carried out by Associate Professor Nurunnahar, Lecturer Md. Mostafizur Rahman, and the members of the Pharma Bee Club.
