The Department of Pharmacy at Varendra University, in collaboration with the 20th Executive Committee of the Pharma B Club, successfully organized a free health campaign on April 17, 2025. The event took place at Shah Makhdum College premises in Rajshahi.

The primary objective of the campaign was to promote a positive attitude towards health among students and to spread awareness about the importance of maintaining good health. By providing easily accessible healthcare services, the initiative aimed to enhance personal health knowledge, highlight the importance of regular health check-ups, and contribute to the creation of a healthier, more conscious, and active generation.

The health camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from the college's esteemed faculty members and students, whose sincere involvement contributed to the smooth and successful execution of the event.

Under the health campaign, the following services were provided free of cost:

• Blood group determination

• Body Mass Index (BMI) measurement

• Blood pressure testing

• Height and weight measurement

This initiative marks a small yet significant step towards achieving a larger goal of promoting public health awareness. The Department of Pharmacy and Pharma B Club believe that good health is the cornerstone of human development.
