On 12 October 2025, the Department of Pharmacy at Varendra University witnessed an exhilarating grand final match of the Pharmacy Premier League (PPL) Season 7, featuring Team POISON (7th Semester) and Team CAFFEINE (6th Semester).

After a tense and competitive battle, the game ended in a 2–2 draw during regular time. In a thrilling tiebreaker, Team POISON emerged victorious with a 3–2 score, securing their fourth consecutive championship title. The audience enjoyed every moment of the intense match, cheering enthusiastically for both teams.

The award ceremony was held right after the match. Sanzia Mehjabin, Lecturer, warmly welcomed the audience, while Dr. Hajera Khatun, Associate Professor, and Dr. Tripti Rani Paul congratulated the champions and runners-up for their remarkable performances. All the faculty members graced the occasion and presented trophies to both the champion and runner-up teams.
